GENERAL RULES

  1. The administrator of the property, later called Fear Factory, is “Szymon Jagielski Fear Factory”, based in ulica Westerplatte 5, Krakow.

  3. Fear Factory is open daily from 16:00 to 22:00.
  4. Before entering the Fear Factory premises and using the equipment that can be found on-site, the customers are requested to read these regulations and follow them during their stay on the premises.
  5. Anyone being on the Fear Factory premises and violating the public policy and good manners, including using the offensive or indecent words or phrases, being a threat to the others, as well as people not respecting these regulations and staff/ law enforcement services’ recommendations, may be asked to leave the premises and charged 30 zł contractual fine, paid directly and immediately to Fear Factory. Fear Factory has the right to make use of the payments for unused services to cover the cost of the contractual fine. After paying the fine the customers can still be prosecuted and pay damages to Fear Factory.
  6. Anyone who repeatedly or seriously break the regulations can be asked to leave Fear Factory in Krakow and be forbidden to enter its premises again (temporarily or permanently). A warning from the staff will be given beforehand.
  7. Fear Factory does not allow anyone on its premises to be under the influence of alcohol. Those being on the premises can be tested. Anyone refusing to co-operate will be asked to leave.

All people on the premises are obligated to subordinate immediately to all speaker’s announcements.

  1. On the Fear Factory premises it is forbidden to:
  • smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol, except places designed for these purposes,
  • bring in sharp and dangerous objects,
  • bring in food and beverages, especially in glass bottles and containers,
  • bring in animals,
  • be under the influence of alcohol and/or any other intoxicants.
  • usage of mobile phones, devices that record a picture or/and a sound
  • usage of fire (including matches, lighters, fire strikers)
  • usage of any source of light that was not provided by Fear Factory
  1. There are different regulations regarding other areas, equipment and/or attractions situated outside the rooms with interactive exhibitions. These regulations may vary.
  2. CCTV is in operation.
  3. It is forbidden to undertake any business and/or any other commercial activities on the premises without a written agreement from the Fear Factory.
  4. All visitors are obligated to inform the Fear Factory staff about any situation that can put the people on the premises in danger.
  5. Fear Factory does not guarantee access to all attractions and equipment at all times, especially during refurbishment works. The information about all services and/or any renovation works is available.

PRINCIPLES

  1. The groups cannot consist of more than 6 people.
  2. All instructions (including staff instructions) and sings (pictographs) must be followed.
  3. On the Fear Factory premises it is forbidden to:
  • damage and/or destroy signage, directly related to safety of the others
  • run and push other visitors and/or behave in a way negatively affecting safety of the others
  • be under the influence of alcohol and/or any other intoxicants
  • sell, offer, bring in and consume alcohol and/or any other intoxicants
  • make false alarms
  • climb on statues, furniture and other equipment serving a different purpose
  • jump off the walls, balustrades, statues, stairs and other objects
  • use the equipment available in the interactive rooms improperly
  • use the attractions against the rules
  • eat on the Fear Factory premises
  • throw out dishes, food and/or anything not related to the interactive shows
  • destroy the equipment
  • throw litter about in show rooms
  • use chemicals
  1. It is forbidden to participate in the interactive shows by people suffering from skin diseases, open cuts and wounds, problems with breathing, balance disorder, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, infectious diseases, lack of personal hygiene, intravenous injections, aggressive behaviour.
  2. Those feeling unwell and/or those being pregnant should participate in the interactive shows accordingly to their conditions and take extra care when doing so. Fear Factory does not take responsibility for any negative effects one might experience due to not taking sufficient measures when feeling unwell and/or being pregnant.
  3. Those suffering from claustrophobia, arachnophobia, darkness anxiety, epilepsy, sensitivity to quickly changing brightness level intensity (flashing light) should not participate in the interactive shows – in case of participating, one do it at one’s own risk and Fear Factory does not take responsibility for any negative effects one might experience.
  4. Children below 14 years old have to be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian at all times.
  5. All cuts, injuries and health problems should be reported to the reception staff while being in the building.

ADMITION FEES

  1. Admission fees have to be paid prior to the visit. Ticket prices are available on the price list.
  2. Customers are not entitled to a refund for unused tickets.
  3. Tickets can be purchased at the counter or online by a bank transfer. Bank account number: 34 1050 1445 1000 0092 1934 3093. When paying online, a bank transfer confirmation has to be presented at the counter before entering the attraction.
  4. Invoices for the services offered by Fear Factory are available at the counter and can be enquired within 30 days of the service. A receipt has to be presented.
  5. Tickets, season tickets etc. have to be purchased directly from Fear Factory, one of its official partners or on the official Fear Factory website.
  6. Only tickets purchased from Fear Factory and its official partners will be accepted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. In a case of damaging and/or losing any objects and/or equipment the customers will be charged the full value of a certain object and/or equipment.
  2. Fear Factory does not hold responsibility for anything left unattended on its premises.
  3. Fear Factory does not hold responsibility for any clothing damage.
  4. Fear Factory does not hold responsibility for any incidents that might occur as a results of visitors not complying with these regulations, show policy and instructions provided by Fear Factory staff.
  5. Fear Factory does not hold responsibility for visitors not familiarising themselves with these regulations and/or user’s manuals.
  6. By buying a ticket customers accept the terms and conditions of the Fear Factory regulations.
